Taskly

I was challenged with creating a project management application for CareerFoundry to help them solve the issue of managing their various projects and tasks. I used the UX design process from end to end, starting from user research to production ready product. The impact will be a better way to manage various projects and teams in a simple way to make the user’s work life easier and more efficient.

UX Research I ran an analysis of competitors, user interviews, and surveys with real people for Taskly. This formed the basis of the minimum viable product and user personas. User personas below. Information Architecture Using the user personas and card sorting, I created a site map, experience map, and a task model for Taskly. Examples below. Wireframes & User flows I began sketching paper prototypes and user flows using the fundamentals of UX design. From there, I created low fidelity interactive wireframes using UXPin and InvisionApp. Mobile and interactive iPad(landscape) example below.
Visual Design Based on our user tested wireframes, I created a UI design for Taskly as well as a full UI kit. Examples below. A/B Testing The final step was to run a few A/B tests with users on the high fidelity version of Taskly to make any final changes. Example below.
